Occupational Therapist

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain independence and improve their quality of life. You will assess patients' needs, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy interventions to promote functional abilities.

```Responsibilities```
- Conduct patient evaluations to determine their physical and mental capabilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' goals and needs
- Provide therapy interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and sensory integration
- Teach patients how to use adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely

```Qualifications```
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid state license or certification as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience in patient care, case management, and occupational health preferred
- Familiarity with hospital settings, acute care, and critical care environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
