Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Occupational Heath Manager 3. This position will be located in Roy, Utah.This position will be 30 hours per week and turning full time early next year.
What You'll Get To Do:

  • Provide medical services and first aid to employees or persons who become ill or injured at work facilities and industrial plants.
  • Administers health management programs such as workers compensation, long-term disability, and wellness programs.
  • Maintains record of persons treated; prepares accident reports; provides health education information; dispenses standard drugs and medicines such as aspirin and cough or cold tablets; refers contagious diseases or serious injuries to company or employees physician.
  • Must be a licensed medical professional, Registered Nurse (RN) or higher.
  • May work with industrial toxicology and/or hygienists to recognize environmental factors and/or stresses in or from the workplace that may cause sickness, impaired health, or discomfort among the workers.
  • Travel required 25% of the time.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Registered nurse or higher medical degree, active license with 6+ years in Occupational Health
  • 3 years of formal leadership experience
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance
  • CPR/BLS certification or equivalent

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
  • Master's degree or higher in a medical career
    Ability to work independently or with a team on special projects
  • Excellent written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidential documents and information
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time under tight deadlines
  • Ability to function within all levels of organization and at various locations

Salary Range: $125,700.00 - $188,500.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
