Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' condition and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop appropriate care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and provide basic nursing care.
• Collect and document patient data and maintain accurate medical records.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
• Communicate with patients and their families, providing emotional support and education.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Observation Unit or similar setting.
• Current BLS certification.
• Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
