Job Summary:
TriStar Centennial Medical Center and HCA Nashville Graduate Medical Education (GME) seek a Program Director to develop and launch a new Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program.Candidate Qualifications:
- Board Certified by American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Must have a minimum of three years post-residency participation as an active faculty member in an ACGME-accredited OBGYN Residency Program
- Be willing to combine Administrative, teaching, and Clinical Responsibilities (50/50)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Interest in leading the development and implementation of a new program in collaboration with GME leadership
- Demonstrate administrative and scholarly activity
- Experience in clinical supervision of residents in an inpatient/outpatient setting
- Ability to serve as an advisor and role model
- Experience in teaching didactics and curriculum development

- Full-time position with protected on-clinical administrative time of 20 hours per week
