**OBGYN opening: La Grande, Oregon** **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Hospital employed - Four 10hr days/week - 1:3 call - New grads welcome **Facility Information - # Of ORs: 3, +Cysto, + Endoscopy Suite - Deliveries per year: approx. 250 - Level 1 well newborn nursery, only keep >36 weeks, no NICU - Certified lactation consultant services offered in the Family Birthing Center **Clinic Info** - Clinic exam rooms: 11 - Procedure Room: 1 - Non-stress testing room: 1 - Ultrasound machines: 2 - Pt. seen per day: 15-24 per day - Support staffing: 1:1 clinic support staff **Additional Details** - Growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital - Currently building a 96,000 sq. ft addition that includes a new OR suite, housing 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre-post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs - Four 10-hour days per week - Local University with Athletics Program - Clinic located immediately adjacent to the main hospital in the Regional Medical Plaza featuring on-site x-ray suite with 1:1 medical support staffing. - Epic EMR **Compensation** - 450K+ - RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold - Quality incentives up to $110,000 annually - Commencement bonus of $40,000 - $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time - Student loan assistance - Comprehensive benefits including a 401k match - Paid malpractice **Ideal Candidate** - Fit is very important.
