Our spectrum of home-based services now includes Skilled Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Adult Hospice Care and Pediatric Care. Our team approach strives to address practical, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care, with the goal to maximize quality of life for our patients, caregivers and families.
We are currently seeking a LVN anOasis Reviewerto review and submission of Home Health documents to support the quality and billing practices for the care that has been ordered. This position reports to the Director of Home Health and works regularly with Home Health and Quality Assurance Management teams as directed in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Must be Oasis trained. This position is 100% remote!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for submission of the patient’s medical record to CMS or their delegated representatives, other contracted agencies, patients, and privately subpoenaed charts (QM currently handles all medical record requests).
• Provide administrative support to the Director of Quality Management in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations.
• Process satisfaction surveys to ensure that data is submitted in a timely manner. Identify complaints and compliments for follow up. Distribute compliments to supervisors for distribution to staff. Enter complaints into an electronic database.
• Handle internal requests for quality scores and data as requested.

Education/Experience:

• Completion of a Licensed Vocational Nursing Education Program from an accredited school.
• Minimum of one year of LVN experience preferably in an acute care setting. Experience in a home health/ hospice setting preferred but not required.
• Must be Oasis trained.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse certification from the California Board of Vocational Nurse and Psychiatric Technician Examiners.

Pay range:
$35.00 - $48.00 hourly
