Nutritional Services-Inventory Specialist-(RPT)
The Inventory Specialist works closely with the Nutritional Services Manager and Nutritional Services Assistant Manager in monitoring the inventory of the Nutritional Services Department. They will be in charge of stocking and rotating inventory. They will also be responsible for the cleanliness of the walk in pantry, coolers, freezers, and dry stock. This individual will be trained in proper FIFO organization, cleaning procedures, and waste management.
Schedule: Regular Part time
- Monday-Thursday 6am-2:30pm

Required Skills:
1. Previous inventory experience preferred
2. Monitoring food quality
3. Self-Motivation
4. Communication Skills
Minimum Work Experience:
1. 1 Year preferred
Minimum Education:
1. High School Degree or Above
2. Food handlers certification
3. Serv Safe Certification, preferred
