Nutrition Coach

Nuviva Medical Weight Loss in Coral Springs is seeking a highly motivated and positive individual for a full-time position as a Nutrition Coach. We are looking for the ideal candidate that will be able to move into a leadership position within our office.   

The ideal candidate for this position will be someone that can listen and have empathy with patients as they struggle on their weight loss journey.  We are looking for someone who is able to communicate and motivate people.  We want someone who cares!  Our patients are valuable to us and we want an employee who is excited to lead them and will be invested in their progress.  We are also looking for someone who can be a leader in the office to other employees.  A Highly organized person is a plus.  

Meet with patients one on one on a daily basis for coaching sessions

Perform tasks to prep charts and medications for the following days patients
Answer phone calls and assist members
Communicate with leads and potential patients through calls, texts, emails, and in-person meetings

Assist members with resolving any concerns or complaints

Organize processes to keep the office flowing smoothly as we continue to grow our patient base

Inventory management

Up Selling of additional add on products offered in the program

Continuing your education in Nutrition and staying up to date on current trends 

Keeping the office neat and tidy at all times

Following up with patients during the week between visits to check in and provide additional motivation

QuickBooks billing 

Ordering of medications or supplies

Post and engage on social media with clients and potential clients

Willing to get out in the community and help with marketing strategies

Willing to become certified in drawing blood and giving injections

Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred but not a must

Experience in a health or fitness field preferred but not a must

Any personal experience in weight loss or helping another with weight loss is a huge plus

*We are willing to educate and train on most things. Our most needed qualification is passion to help others and a willingness to learn about our company and program.  We also really like candidates who have a desire to work on continuing their own education on nutrition as well as personal growth and development.   

Salary will be based on experience
