Staff Therapist: This role is all about stability, structure, and a manageable pace. It's salaried and can be in-office, remote, or a mix of both, with a base pay between $72,000 and $82,000 per year and bonus commission increasing possible pay to $115,800. The top of the payscale is reflecting bonus commissions for reaching 35 sessions per week, which is the maximum amount we allow our therapists to subject themselves to (in a means to protect your health and the care you offer). All Staff exceeding 25 sessions per week are paid a bonus commission of $65 per session, with 25 sessions being the minimum needed for the salaried and benefitted position. You'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule to meet your caseload needs, and you're not pressured to overwork to achieve desired caseload size. Keep in mind that for licensed therapists, you'll be paneled with insurance companies before starting to see clients. This process typically takes 30-90 days (as this is the standard we follow due to completing the paneling process legally and ethically). Join us in making a difference in the world of therapy!
