Nursing Scheduler- 4-Day Work Week Eligible!

Are you a seasoned LNA with a knack for scheduling coordination? The Morrison Nursing Home is actively seeking a Scheduler to join our dedicated team. This role is instrumental in ensuring optimal staffing levels, providing guidance to Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents. The Morrison Communities offers flexible scheduling including a 4-Day Work Week rotation! During a 4-Day Work Week, qualifying employees work 32-hours and receive an additional 8-hours of equivalent pay! Responsibilities:

Develop and manage nursing staff schedules to ensure coverage and compliance. Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Active NH LNA required
• Proven experience in scheduling, preferably in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
