Achieve acts as a counselor, advocate, and partner helping students achieve their degree in less time, with less effort, and for less money by utilizing an alternative path to earning college credit known as the credit-by-examination process. Essentially, Achieve helps students bypass all of the busywork associated with taking certain college courses the traditional way, by instead passing just one test-out exam. While our credit-by-examination programs can shorten the path to any degree at virtually any college, the field where we have the greatest impact is the nursing profession.

Achieve is seeking an eLearning Nursing Instructor who will prepare Nursing students for Nursing entrance, exit, and mobility exams (HESI, TEAS, NCLEX) and teach other 100/200 level Nursing courses while motivating and enabling learners to further their educational dreams. A Powerpoint presentation, syllabus, and study guide will be provided; no grading or reviewing of papers is needed!
Must be a Registered Nurse and Nursing Subject Matter Expert
Three or more years of teaching experience with one year of online teaching experience is preferred
Experience working with Zoom, Google doc, Google slides, and other eLearning applications
Ability to teach different types of learners in real-time to suit differing levels of understanding and participation
Ability to ensure audience engagement, and comprehension and provide coaching when necessary
Track student progress and help students feel and be prepared to take the examination within 30 days of the class end date.
Schedule: Part-time, under 20 hours per week; available to teach classes on weekdays and weekends, Morning, Noon, and Evenings
Location: 100% Remote
