SalaryAlexandria College is seeking Nursing Clinical Substitutes for the RN and PN programs. Hours would be as needed during the academic year.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain professional standards of practice in teaching in the clinical settings.
* Facilitate effective learning and critical thinking during clinical while fostering a positive learning environment. * Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with clinical agencies.
* Monitor student progress with evaluations and grade assignments.
Qualifications:
Applicant must hold an unrestricted RN license in Minnesota and have medical surgical nursing, and/or OB experience in the last 2 years. Prefer MSN and experience in teaching or mentoring.
