Nursing Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing direct patient care and support to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient service and care under the supervision of registered nurses
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety at all times
- Set up and maintain medical equipment, such as Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Assist with basic medical procedures, such as gastric lavage, tube feeding, and suture removal
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic physiology
- Familiarity with common medical procedures and equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
