```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Assist with medical procedures, such as suture removal and wound care
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with airway management and ventilate patients when necessary
- Perform venipuncture for blood draws and IV therapy
```Qualifications:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Nursing Assistant training program or equivalent experience
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in assisted living or long-term care
- Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices
- Ability to lift and move patients safely and with proper body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
