### Nursing Assistant
#### Duties:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to the nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning patients
- Administer basic medical treatments, such as venipuncture, suture removal, and phlebotomy
- Assist with medication administration and ensure proper documentation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
#### Experience:
- Previous experience in hospice care, nursing homes, hospitals, or working with people with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Familiarity with patient care procedures and protocols
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
