Tree, Shrub, and Plant Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Be the friendly face of our nursery, assisting customers in
selecting trees, shrubs, and plants that suit their needs. Provide expert advice on care,
planting, and maintenance.
Product Knowledge: Deepen your understanding of our diverse inventory. From oaks to
osmanthus, you’ll know them all!
Salesmanship: Cultivate relationships with customers, guiding them through the
purchasing process. Your enthusiasm will inspire confidence in our products.
Visual Merchandising: Create eye-catching displays that showcase the beauty and
variety of our offerings. A well-arranged nursery is a happy nursery!
Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, replenishing as needed. You’ll be the
guardian of our green treasures.
Skills and Qualifications:
Passion for plants and horticulture.
Excellent communication skills.
Sales experience (bonus points if it’s in the nursery or garden industry).
Ability to lift and move plants (some heavy lifting required).
Curiosity and willingness to learn about new species.
Customer-focused mindset.
