Job breakdown
Responsible for ensuring that learning objectives of the Giving Instructions for Tomorrow (GIFT) program are met by following established presentation outlines.
What you will own
- Assists in marketing of Advance Care Planning (ACP) Project.
- Collaborates with Program Director to promote events.
- Update agendas/presentations based on need of audience.
- Maintain current knowledge of ACP (GIFT) program.
- Presents content of GIFT.
- Cultivates and facilitates relationships with media and community related to ACP project.
- Make cold calls on potential community members to determine need or interest.
- Serves as agency liaison related to ACP; ensures public awareness of services, education and scheduled events.
- Supports strategies for expanding outreach to community related to ACP.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills you will bring to the table

- Strong interpersonal communication (written and spoken)
- Culturally sensitive and empathetic
- Familiarity with electronic documentation programs
- Experience with Microsoft products (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.) and Electronic Monitoring Systems
Negotiables
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience in providing training for adult learners' public speaking experience
- Current CPR certification

- Bachelor in a healthcare-related field
- Valid TX driver's license
- Auto insurance
