Flexible Scheduling Options – Full or Part Time – Choose A Schedule That Works For You!
- First Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30pm
- Second Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:30pm
- Third Shift: 11:00pm - 7:30am
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor residents' health conditions and promptly report any changes.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide emotional support to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate medical records for each resident.
- Follow established protocols to ensure resident safety and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Active PA nursing license in good standing.
- A genuine passion for senior care and exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Experience in senior care preferred but not required – new graduates are welcome!
