Baylor RN/LPN Position: work 32 hours on weekends ONLY and get paid for 40 hours!
-must work 3 weekends in a row with 1 weekend off
-must be able to work doubles on the weekends
-are eligible to pick up additional shifts during the week as available, but will be scheduled on weekends
Special Holiday Sign on Bonus ending on 12/31/23!
-$6,000 sign on bonus, paid out in monthly installments over the course of 1 year after passing 90 days of employment.
-Must be in orientation by 12/31/23 to be eligible

Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment.
- Demonstrate sound clinical judgement.
- Provide respectful and compassionate care to all residents/families/caregivers.
- Provide direction to clinical team members.
- Maintain resident confidentiality.
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the orders provided
To join this team please have the following requirements:
- COVIDVaccination Required
- A current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN or RN in Massachusetts
- An ability to work with multiple residents at once.
- Must be able to work weekends 32 hours, 3 weekends in a row with 1 off
