ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for sourcing and interviewing quality candidates for various medical positions (Registered Nurses, Technicians and etc.) to be presented to the CEO for final selection
- •Performs full cycle recruiting responsibilities including but not limited to; phone screens, interviewing, assessments, verbal offers, pre-employment paperwork etc.
- •Performs recruiting for 15+ open positions regularly, ensuring all weekly and monthly metrics are hit including AFT, candidate generation, offer acceptance rate, interviews, etc.
- Ensures the candidate experience meets the Inspired standards, follows through on communication expectations with candidates throughout the entire interview and hiring process
- Proactive and metrics driven; has a passion for, and develops strategies to consistently meet established fill times and selection expectations
- Performs other duties as assigned by leadership
