PACS - Post Acute Care Solutions is looking to expand their team with an experienced Nurse Recruiter!

Responsibilities:
The Regional Recruiter provides leadership, support, advocacy, vision and recruiting support to hiring managers across assigned region.
- Fills all required positions within a facility located in the region assigned.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the senior leadership at facilities and
regional level. - Designs and develops new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
within schedule. - Manages all job boards and applicant tracking system for assigned facility.
- Works closely with Human Resources and Operations in assigned region to share best practices, provide
assistance on critical needs and coordinate on all talent initiatives. - Performs other related duties as assigned.
Successful Candidates will have:
- Five (5) years of recruiting experience required - nurse recruiting experience preferred.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Experience with ATS
- Experience with Indeed
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must live in the greater Denver, CO area. Position can be partially remote, but must live locally to network with nursing schools in the region.
