We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Sun City West, AZ. We are looking for a provider who can join us on a part-time basis providing direct patient care, with the potential to increase to full time. Our ideal NP/PA is holistically minded, comfortable working within an integrated setting, collaborating with a knowledgeable and well-respected team of professionals, to offer a comprehensive approach to patients living with acute and chronic pain. Job duties include performing trigger point injections and Regen med injections done IM (intramuscularly) or in joints. A Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantwith experience in orthopedics, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background and experience with joint injections is required. At our practice, we strive to make our patients feel at home, and our level of personal care is why people throughout the Sun City West area come to us. We are looking for a likeminded Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto help us deliver that same level of care.

Duties:
- Patient exam/evaluation (medical history, physical/functional exam, review pertinent med records/imaging)
- Order and review tests/labs
- Diagnosis and treatment plan formulation
- Patient education as to diagnosis, treatment options, rehab/exercises and various modalities
- Manage patient care
- Treatments- perform trigger point, joint and regen med injections (PRP)
- Documentation and progress notes
- Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care
- Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantprogram
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in AZ
- Orthopedic, Physical Med and Rehab, or Pain management background is a plus
- Experience with joint injections a plus
- Part time (3 days per week) with potential to increase to full time as the patient base increases
- $50-$60 /hour (depending on experience)
