Nurse Practitioner (Prn)/ Physician Assistant

```Duties:```

Telehealth wellness clinic- treating patients that require hormone therapy, peptide therapy, weight loss, erectile dysfunction, and vitamin deficiency.

Work from home utilizing telehealth platform. EMR system used Intakeq, provider will conduct initial assessments, order comprehensive labs, treatment plans, and follow up visits. Provider can choose available times and have flexible schedule, must be available for at least a 1 month period.

- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations on patients
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as blood work
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Provide counseling and education to patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize electronic medical record systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks) to document patient encounters and manage patient information EMR system used is Intakeq.

Preferred experience in hormone replacement clinic and or weight loss clinic.

```Requirements:```
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
-Valid Physician Assitant license in Florida

- Proven experience working as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
