Form of workOVP HEALTH is actively seeking qualified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) at the OVP Recovery Center. This opportunity is for a FNP or PA with an emphasis on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) embedded with primary care. This is a full-time position for an inpatient detox and recovery center. Must have an OH DEA.
Licensure/Certifications required:
- Current licensure as a registered nurse in OH
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in OH
- Current OHDEA
- Current OH DATA 2000 Waiver
- 275 X WAIVER DEA PREFFERRED
- National certification in applicable area
- Successful completion of OVP HEALTHcredentialing process prior to practice
