Job description

OVP HEALTH is actively seeking qualified and experienced Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP) or Physician Assistants (PA) at the OVP Recovery Center. This opportunity is for a FNP or PA with an emphasis on Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) embedded with primary care. This is a full-time position for an inpatient detox and recovery center. Must have an OH DEA.


Licensure/Certifications required:


  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in OH
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in OH
  • Current OHDEA
  • Current OH DATA 2000 Waiver
  • 275 X WAIVER DEA PREFFERRED
  • National certification in applicable area
  • Successful completion of OVP HEALTHcredentialing process prior to practice
