This is a great opportunity for the right Nurse Practitioner to partner with Ascension Lourdes to provide occupational medicine in the Binghamton community and surrounding areas.

Required Credential(s):
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the New York Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.Credentialing Office will verify licensing.
Education:
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
Additional Preferences
Salary Range depending on experience:
$114k to $125k

What You Will Do
Ascension Lourdes is looking for a licensed and board certified Nurse Prractitioner for the Southern Tier Medical Care Practice, our Occupational Health Practice.
This is a great opportunity for the right Nurse Practitioner to partner with Ascension Lourdes to provide occupational medicine in the Binghamton community and surrounding areas.
Position Highlights:
- Ensures that the Practice's clinical programs are in compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.
- Implements educational programs and offerings for the community.
- Work alongside other Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in a very busy Practice.
Responsibilities:
- Obtains patient history and performs assessment via observation, interview and examination. Performs preventative health assessments, screening, immunizations and patient care.
- Counsels and educates patients concerning preventative health, treatment options and community resources.
- Documents delivery of health care and nursing processes in accordance with specific specialty area standards and network nursing policy.
