Cornerstone Family Healthcare is a patient-focused Federally Qualified Health Center located in the Hudson Valley Regions of upstate New York - just 70 miles north of New York City. We are currently searching for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to see patients who are lacking permanent housing at our Harper Health location in Newburgh, NY.
SALARY: $110,000-$130,000 annually
WORK LOCATION(S): Newburgh, NY

The Position:
- Working in the only healthcare setting in Orange County with a clinic dedicated to serving the homeless/houseless population
- Travel on Cornerstone's Mobile Health Van to local shelters providing services to our patients
- Services offered at this location include physical exams, GYN exams, acute health concern care, chronic health treatments, and vaccines. A complimentary shower is available to our patients.
- Collaborative work environment providing comprehensive care
Typical Schedule:
- Two days on mobile health van traveling to Middletown and Newburgh
- One day in office

- Board Certified/Eligible
