Allow me to introduce our aesthetic office, Joliet Aesthetics…..as we begin our search for a Nurse Practitioner, to join our soon to be newly built, non-invasive aesthetic medspa. (2+ months away)
As an experienced member of the healthcare community, I can assure the applicant of a fun, progressive and respectful workplace. It may sound cliche, but I truly strive to create and maintain, an environment where we reach for, then appreciate, the highest aesthetic successes.
My preference to hire, would be an experienced aesthetic NP, but not absolutely necessary. Personality, ambition and the willingness to “pitch in” when needed, always important.
Salary, incentives and or benefits, certainly competitive and negotiable. Depending upon the person as well as their long term goals, some ownership potential exists. With my previous history as an employer in another state, I was fortunate to experience amazing personal, whose loyalty lasted for many years.
