Nurse Practitioner-30 Hrs/Week

Overview

We are currently recruiting an experienced Nurse Practitioner with an active Illinois license. This is a Part-Time position in a SNF facility/facilities within the greater Chicago area.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Follow the approved care plan for each patient
• Ensure exceptional inpatient care in a post-acute care setting
• Approximately 30 hours a week

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited nursing school
• Active state license and DEA license in good standing
• 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (post-acute care experience preferred)
• Proficiency with EMR
• Compassionate, Intelligent, Motivated, Team Player

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
