Fertility & Endocrine Associates, PSC is a leading infertility treatment practice, providing advanced reproductive endocrinology services in the Louisville, KY and surrounding area. Through our partnership with Louisville Reproductive Center, the first private in vitro fertilization (IVF) lab in Kentucky, we have had the distinct pleasure of helping hundreds of families realize their dream of a family for over 20 years.
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to join our center. This is a great opportunity for a mid-level provider with a passion for helping couples overcome infertility challenges.
We’re looking for an independent, vibrant, and professional Nurse Practitioner to expand our fertility services in the Louisville area. Dependability, initiative, a positive attitude, and growth mindset are all essential. Leadership and communication skills are also critical. As part of an already dynamic team, the NP will evaluate, educate, treat and advise patients, assist in surgical procedures and embryo transfers and perform ultrasounds, HSG, SHG, IUIs.
REQUIREMENTS
- MSN or DNP degree is required
- Must possess a current, unrestricted Kentucky nursing license
- Minimum 1 year experience in medical office setting is preferred with working knowledge of medical office operational systems such as medical documentation, HIPAA, OSHA
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Wide-ranging interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective and professional relationships with team members, physicians, management and others through listening and resolution of conflict
- Exceptional customer service skills including the ability to use independent thinking, sound judgment and creativity when resolving issues
- Motivated to work independently balancing multiple priorities and effectively handling challenging situations
- Capable of working well in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, composure and an individualized, compassionate approach to patient care
- Must be dependable and reliable and able to work in a distraction free (minimal cell phone) environment
