Nurse Practitioner

Cosmetic Physician Partners is building the premier network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics across the United States.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an experienced team for one of our partner clinics in Gilbert, AZ with a passion for collaboration and helping patients achieve their goals.
Must have a love for the aesthetic industry, a willingness to learn and train, and an eagerness to build and grow with us!
Responsibilities:
 

• Provide quality Neurotoxin injections, Dermal Fillers, laser treatments, wellness treatments such as hormone replacement therapy and more.
• Perform consultations, Good Faith Exams and create comprehensive treatment plans for patients based on their aesthetic goals.
• Retain patients through consistent and detailed follow-up protocols.
• Provide skin care consultations, recommend retail products, and cross promote med spa services
• Meticulous charting and documentation of patient files
• Provide instructions and guidance regarding medical care matters to patients.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, policies, and regulations; protect patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; talking with colleagues to keep abreast of developments in the industry
• Accept responsibility, authority, and accountability as a professional nurse
• Demonstrate brand loyalty and promotion of company as an individual and as a team member

Qualifications:
 

• Nurse Practitioner with current licensure in the state of AZ with Aesthetic background
• 3+ years’ experience as a nurse injector strongly preferred
• Experience in a clinical or bedside hospital setting required
• Professional, warm, confident, and compassionate bedside manner
