SalaryDescription
Assesses, plans, presents/facilitates and evaluates orientation and education activities for clinical employees to assure competence in job performance and promote professional development. Acts as liaison and/or education consultant with other departments in the hospital. Coordinates student experiences across all hospital units. Coordinates and facilitates quality and continuing quality improvement activities to promote quality patient outcomes and effective /efficient use of resources.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Nursing.
- Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree: Nursing or related field.
- Coursework/Training: Additional training in adult education and management.
- EMPL 5010: ICU experience with an in-depth knowledge of advanced critical care concepts.
