Nurse Aide Program, Registered Nurse

Currently, the Company seeks a Review Nurse for the Nurses Aide ProgramPosition will be hybrid upon completion of training. Candidate must be located in the Atlanta, GA metro area.
The Nurse Aide Program (NAP) Review Nurse is a member of a professional multi-disciplinary work team and responsible for desktop and/or on-site reviews of certified Nurse Aide training program completion documentation, long term care facilities Nurse Aide staff development documentation related to in-service topics/hours and coordinate all written communication to the programs and facilities. Performs other duties as assigned.
In this role, the ideal candidate will:

• Review candidate Nurse Aide training completion documentation via desktop and/or onsite reviews throughout the state. Provide feedback to programs via written report.
• Review certified Nurse Aide staff development documentation submitted by nursing homes regarding in-service topics, yearly in­ service hours for each certified Nurse Aide. Provide feedback to nursing homes on staff development reviews via written report.
• Assist with the initial approval review of all NATP curricula and complete review process within ninety (90) days of submission.
• Assist with the re-approval review of all NATP curricula and complete review process within forty-five (45) days of submission.
• Conduct on-site reviews of training programs prior to program approval to ensure the training site and materials are adequate and appropriate.
• Establish and maintain a professional, informative relationship with facility contact personnel and Alliant staff.
• Coordinate all written communication to provider/program community, i.e., Nurse Aide completion records, Nurse Aide training curricula, testing information.
• Assist with departmental orientation and training of new employees, as requested.

• Demonstrate compliance with corporate and departmental policies as evidenced by attendance, punctuality, and professional appearance.
• Travel Required up to (50%)
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including word-processing skills.
• Ability to travel by car or plane to Company locations, customer meetings or other locations as needed.

Education, experience and training required and preferred for the position are below:
Required:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical experience.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ working experience in a training and/or teaching capacity.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Prior telecommuting experience.
