ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nuclear Security Tactics and Training (NSTT) Support professional to join our team. As a NSTT Support at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in providing support for Nuclear Security Tactics and Training programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ID plan to guide the organization’s way ahead.
  • Develop the organization's documented strategy, including development of mission, vision, goal, and objective statements
  • provide results-based performance measures necessary to effectively manage ID plan implementation, coordinated and socialized with internal and external stakeholders, while simultaneously satisfying guidance from higher headquarters.
  • development and implementation of the ID plan which includes the development of an actionable plan which charts a course forward for the organization. The plan shall provide specific actions, schedules, milestones, roles and responsibilities, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies to enable successful execution of the organizations’ ID strategies and to support the plans and strategies of AFGSC, supported units, and the AF Nuclear Enterprise.
  • provide a Force Protection Condition (FPCON) Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta implementation plan designed to incorporate continuous improvement through annual updates, and ongoing reviews as needed to incorporate emergent requirements, opportunities resources, re-prioritization approaches, and incorporation of MAJCOM, Service, and other organization/agency initiatives asappropriate.
  • participate in meetings, conferences, and symposiums, advocating AFGSC/A3S’s interests.
  • provide ID expertise in development of modernization, Core Vulnerability Assessment Management Program (CVAMP) and Mission Assurance Risk Management System (MARMS) database projects and project process redesign.
  • develop all management tools necessary to train staff action officers on implementing critical ID and FP processes as it applies to staff administrative processes.
  • maintain all required equipment and resources for ID as mandated by AFGSC.
  • requirements generation to support to C-UAS acquisition efforts using the Joint Capabilities Integration Development System (JCIDS) process to include Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Concept of Employment (CONEMPS), Joint Avionics (JA) Rules of Engagement (ROE) development and coordination, test planning, execution and reporting.
  • develop C-UAS and B-UAS Tactics, Training, and procedure development for fielding.
  • maintain a working knowledge of relevant Federal Communications Commission (FCC), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and Department of Defense (DOD) policy for C-UAS operations.
  • maintain in-depth knowledge of UAS and C-UAS capabilities trends and advancements to keep abreast of emergent threats.
  • develop Nuclear Security Tactics, Training, and Capabilities to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for nuclear deterrence and global strike operations.
  • manage all aspects for the Security Forces Nuclear Security training program; ensuring DOD and higher headquarters (HHQ) directives are fully incorporated into nuclear training.
  • establish strategies and actionable plans to enable professionalization of the Nuclear Security force through training and leadership/professional development opportunities
  • develop and maintain comprehensive curriculum to meet specific training requirements for Nuclear Security operations.
  • maintain the development of long-range plans and scheduling of personnel for training.
  • develop effective training plans by determining appropriate and realistic nuclear training objectives and goals.
  • provide expertise to ensure plans include the development and articulation of specific desired results and personnel capabilities, with corresponding scheduling, tracking, and monitoring of Nuclear Security staff development activities, which dovetail with and complement existing Air Force Professional Military Education and Air Force career development models.
  • provide expertise to ensure plans incorporate continuous improvement through annual updates, and ongoing review as needed to incorporate emergent requirements, opportunities resources, reprioritization approaches, and incorporation of MAJCOM, Service, and other organization/agency initiatives as appropriate.

Requirements

  • 3 years experience developing plans and strategies at the strategic level (as described in Air Force Doctrine Document 1-1 dated 18 February 2015) of an organization.
  • 3 years of experience and/or capability with security forces ID programs to include mission, vision, goal and objective development, strategic roadmap design incorporating continuous improvement techniques and risk mitigation strategies, and force modernization.
  • 3 years of experience and/or capability with CUAS programs to include tactics, training and procedure development for the field and have a working knowledge of relevant FCC, FAA, and DOD requirements for C-UAS operations.
  • 3 years of experience and/or capability with security forces Nuclear Security operations and Training programs to include mission, vision, goal and objective development, strategic roadmap design incorporating continuous improvement techniques and risk mitigation strategies, and force modernization.
  • Secret Clearance required with ability to gain TS or TS/SCI
