Redington-Fairview General Hospital (RFGH) has been providing care as an independent, community hospital in Skowhegan, Maine since 1952. Today, RFGH is a 25-bed critical access facility that provides health care for more than 30,000 residents living in Somerset County, which extends from Skowhegan to the Canadian border. Under the direct supervision of the Radiology Manager/Chief Technologist and the direction of the Radiologist(s), shall perform a variety of duties and technical Nuclear Medicine procedures in preparing patients for scans utilizing radioactive tracers for body imaging to aid in diagnosis and treatment. Staff must demonstrate knowledge and skill necessary to perform exams on patients of all age groups, are knowledgeable about development needs over the age span and when appropriate are knowledgeable about the use of age related equipment.

Requirements: Must be a graduate from an approved Radiology Technology school holding a National Registry in Radiology Technology. Must have previous Nuclear Medicine experience. Must hold a State of Maine Nuclear Medicine License or be a graduate from an approved Nuclear Medicine School holding a National registry in Nuclear Medicine and a State of Maine Nuclear Medicine License.
