Job Description
Are you an experienced Task Leadwith test and evaluation experience? Then we have an opportunity for you to lead the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Risk Assessment (NC3CON RA) Quick Reaction Test (QRT).
The NC3CON RA QRT team will develop a holistic multi-domain focused process with associated indications, warnings, and triggers to improve NC3CON decision-making. NC3CON RA test products include tactics, processes, and procedures (TTP) and concept of operations (CONOPS) to support future missions with the DoD and United States Government. The benefits to the warfighter are the development of test products that will be integrated into NC3CON standard operating procedures for decision-making and implementation. Additional benefit to the warfighter community is a codified risk assessment process that provides NC3CON decision makers with the information required to ensure alignment of high-demand, low-density resources to NC3 missions and systems at greatest risk.
As NC3CON RA Task Lead you will participate with a team of diverse individuals to:

• Review, revise and evaluate TTP in support of USSTRATCOM's NC3 mission

A week in the life of a NC3CON RA QRT Task Lead:

• Interface with USSTRATCOM for test coordination
• Generate and execute a test plan to demonstrate revised NC3CON RA TTP and CONOPS
• Provide overall project direction and guidance for the team's support, research, and product development
• Ensure the project is maintained on schedule, facilitate development of the team's plan to accomplish Project Tasks
• Conduct report development, and coordinate project reviews with Service, interagency, and combatant command entities as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's Degree with 14 years of relevant experience or High School Diploma with 20 years of relevant experience
• Experience with one or more of the following areas: Airborne Command Post aircraft (E-4B, E-6B); TACAMO; NC3 Next modernization effort; NC3 Cybersecurity
• Ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner via verbal presentations, producing written products, or otherwise informing senior stakeholders at the flag/general officer or senior executive level.
