Position: NPCC is currently seeking a head women’s softball coach in North Platte. Responsible for overall leadership of the Knights women’s softball program. Successful applicants should possess attention to detail, familiarity with technology, customer service skills, high quality coaching techniques, including demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, a commitment to success in the classroom, recruiting experience, and the ability to interact with the community. This position would ideally be paired with any other full-time position at the college, but applicants who would like to serve in a Head Coaching position only are encouraged to apply.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Experience previous playing, recruiting, and/or coaching at the intercollegiate level preferred. The Head Coach assumes responsibilities for his/her sport, the assistants, participants, facilities, budgets, fundraising, equipment, travel, public relations, recruitment, and compliance to the rules and regulations of the NJCAA and the Nebraska Community College Athletic Conference of which NPCC is a member. The ability to communicate in multiple languages is helpful.
