Job Summary:

As a Mobile Notary for Zapit Solutions LLC, you will be responsible for serving as a witness to the signing of legal documents and verifying the identity of the signers. You will be tasked with traveling to various locations, such as homes, offices, hospitals, and other requested locations, to perform notarial acts for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and organizational skills and solid attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the identities of signers and witnesses of legal documents
• Witness the signing of documents and administer oaths or affirmations when necessary
• Complete notarial certificates and document all notarial acts accurately
• Keep a record of all notarial acts performed
• Travel to various locations to perform notarial acts for clients
• Ensure compliance with notarial laws and regulations

Qualifications:

• Current Notary Public Commission
• Previous experience as a Mobile Notary is preferred
• Strong understanding of notarial laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel to various locations as needed
• Availability to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends if necessary
