Position Summary
Responsible for processing ticket sales at Special Events and providing customer assistance under the supervision of the Coliseum Director. Processes payments by cash and checks through box office registers; balances registers and makes daily ticket sales reports as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Knowledge of cash management principles and/or procedures with the ability to accurately handle money
- Ability to apply concepts of basic math on a calculator or adding machine and make correct change
- Must be able to complete Coliseum Ticket Seller Training prior to first work assignment
Preferred Qualifications
Customer service experience desired.
