Non profit in Monterey Park is looking for a recruiting coordinator.
Keys to hire:
• Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
Non Profit Experience
• Full-Cycle Recruiting experience
• ADP (payroll) experience
Non-Profit Recruiter. Duties will include but not limited to; post job listings, receive applications, scheduling interviews, distributing and reviewing testing, and monitoring applicant process through the hiring funnel. To ensure pre-selection and ultimately hire the most suitable candidates, closely collaborate with several department managers and create a meticulous list of job specifications for each job opening. In this role the ideal candidate will be familiar with the contemporary job market as well as effective sourcing, and pre-employment practices. Identify the hiring needs of various non-profit organizations and conduct the recruitment process under the supervision of our Non-Profit Recruiting Officer Create an in-depth list of job specifications for each open job position in collaboration with non-profit department managers Design exhaustive job descriptions that cover all the responsibilities and requirements of the position in a non-profit agency Post job ads and source candidates from various job boards, as well as track their progress through the hiring funnel Send out tests, filter out unqualified applicants, and invite successful ones to interview Maintain job logs and manage new entries for future reference Stay up to date with contemporary hiring practices and job market trends Requirements 3+ years of experience in HR—preferably in a department responsible for recruiting and onboarding new hires Expertise in conducting recruitment for non-profit agencies Experience with ADP Bachelor’s degree, MS, or higher in HR, Administration, or Communications Top-notch communication, interpersonal, reasoning, and deduction abilities
