As a care partner, you will offer companionship and support, and may assist with tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping based on each client's individual care plan. Flex schedule, FT, PT Availability with day, late afternoon evenings and overnights.

Responsibilities include:
Social companionship, reminders, and support with a variety of daily living tasks
Transportation and companionship to appointments, errands, and social outings
Light housekeeping and meal preparation
Standby assistance with personal hygiene
Overnight safety assistance
Qualifications:
* Passion for helping others while promoting the highest level of independence.
No healthcare certification is required. We are looking for people whose personal and professional life shows a compassionate heart for older adults, excellent customer service and creative problem solving. Previous experience as CNA,DSP,HHA,PA or customer service representative is a plus!
Valid driver's license.
The ability to provide a reliable, insured vehicle to use on the client's behalf for all scheduled shifts and to travel up to 15 miles for any scheduled shifts.
Daily access to email, the Internet, and a cell phone.
