What you will do:
- Safely operate F550 Truck and/or Box Truck for local material deliveries to customers
- Conduct pre-inspections of the truck, load materials accurately, verify the load, and unload materials at the site safely
- Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for timely product delivery
- Adhere to safety policies and regulations consistently
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers
- Inspect materials for condition and quantity before storing them in the warehouse
- Manage Pick Tickets during order loading, ensuring secondary verification
- Notifying Purchasing and Sales of unfilled orders or low inventory levels, and inform the Lead Warehouse Associate
What you will bring:
- Regular Driver's license - Valid and Clean
- Capability to successfully obtain a DOT Medical Card during the pre-hiring procedure
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Prior experience in direct customer interaction
- Effective communication skills with colleagues, vendors, and customers
- Adaptability to work in diverse environments, including adverse weather conditions, and handle various building products.
