Job Description
Fully functioning support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) most of the standard work within the function; moderate impact to the department Problem Complexity - Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex; Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor/manager Autonomy - Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, techniques; Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor/manager Knowledge - Demonstrates basic knowledge of a technical or specialty area; Readily learns and applies new information/concept in area of practice.
- Monday to Friday.
- 1 tech – 8pm to 5am EST
- 1 tech – 10am to 7pm EST
- 2 tech – 12pm to 9am EST
Target years of experience:
• 3+ years of customer service with a technical focus
o These resources will be needed for initial triage and customer communication
o Exceptional customer service and communication is key

Troubleshooting layer 1, 2, and 3 issues in the OSI model
Familiarity with the basics of SD-WAN and Wi-Fi technologies

Top 5 Must Haves Cable Telecom operations support experience, preferably in a NOC setting. Technical acumen Cable transport, SDWAN, WiFi, Router, Security, customer support excellence
