Primary Responsibilities
- Work with operations team to establish comfort level with Junipers portfolio to foster continued adoption
- Provide Ops team with necessary support
- Assist with the daily maintenance and troubleshooting of Juniper products Provide Juniper knowledge transfer to the Customer service delivery and operations team
- Assist members of the Customer Operations team in obtaining necessary Juniper certifications
- Analyze and optimize network configurations
- Provide weekly updates on work in progress and current issues
- Provide informal technical and product workshops
- Assist in the development of standard network and equipment operating procedures
- Evaluate technical specifications for interoperability
Secondary Responsibilities
- Complement the JNPR Systems Engineering team in the Customer standardization/design lab
- Provide support for lab certification of JNPR products in the Terremark infrastructure
- Assist in the development, execution and documentation of test plans
- Provide periodic training to the teams on the support of JNPR product

- Expert level troubleshooting methodology to isolate and identify configuration, design, and software anomalies; ability to clearly articulate findings in written and verbal communications with development level engineering staff.
- Expertise in Data Center environments with both Routing and Switching protocols used for intra / inter Data Center networking.
- Ability to apply knowledge to real world scenarios.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and work calmly under pressure.
- Self starter, team player, personable, enthusiastic, hard working, and enjoy interfacing with customers on a day to day basis.
