Nighttime Sign and Lighting Inspector

YESCO Sign & Lighting Nashville is seeking a part-time employee to conduct nightly sign & lighting patrols Monday – Sunday. Night patroller will be responsible for driving a specific route to look for sign & lighting outages. Specialists will be looking for Sign and Lighting outages in North Nashville and surrounding cities. Outage descriptions and photos will be submitted via Smartphone to our office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows assigned patrol routes via the Servizio handheld, thoroughly checking all waypoints on the route for Sign and Lighting outages and service opportunities.
• Maintains constant surveillance from vehicles to identify additional Sign and Lighting outages and sign service issues.
• Utilizes the Servizio handheld to document outages by taking pictures and recording other details such as problem reported, sign/lighting elevations, customer name, and address.
• Estimates size and characteristics of outage or service issue, and reports findings to supervisor.
• Relays information to other interested departments, store managers, and/or owners

Ideal applicants are Dependable, Observant, Self-driven, Coachable, Proficient with technology, Detailed Oriented. Good knowledge of Nashville and surrounding cities, Valid driver's license with a clean driving record, Reliable vehicle, Valid auto insurance (must provide proof of insurance), Ability to work after dark on a regular basis. Days can be somewhat flexible.
