Job Description:
Performs the primary function of a R.N. in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of all assigned patients on the unit during the shift. Is responsible for meeting the established standards of practice of Med/Surg for managing all assigned personnel, supplies, and equipment and for promoting teamwork with physician s and personnel of other departments. Cares for patients in all age groups (infants, children, adolescents, adults).
Must have BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
