Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and triage patients in the Emergency Department.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver timely and effective care.
- Administer medications and treatments based on prescribed protocols.
- Monitor and document patients' progress and response to interventions.
- Adhere to hospital policies and maintain a safe patient care environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts or compact state.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Emergency Department experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
- TNCC certification is a plus.
- Previous agency/travel experience is preferred.
