Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Nightlife Bartender with a passion for mixology and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be available to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Nightlife Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. You will also play a key role in creating a fun and energetic atmosphere for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to enhance the beverage menu and overall guest experience

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting, preferably in a nightlife or entertainment venue
• Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beer, with a passion for mixology
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• TIPS or similar certification is a plus
• Must be at least 21 years old
