Shifts are flexible and allow employees to work nights, leaving their days free for classes or be home for kids when they get back from school!
The Night Watch Direct Care Professional position is the perfect position for the individual that may be looking for a little extra income but doesn't want to lose valuable family time during the day or has classes during the daytime.
This individual will be responsible for monitoring and caring for the physical and emotional needs of the students during traditional sleeping hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete bed checks as assigned
- Ensure that each student is safe and is in their assigned bed
- Assist students who are ill or who are otherwise having difficulty
- Complete all duties as assigned
- Punctuality and dependability are essential
- Light cleaning duties
- Nightly documentation
What do you bring to this position?
- 21+ years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Able to pass criminal investigation background check
- Current driver's license
- Ability to perform CPR and First-Aid.
- Ability to safely hold or restrain an upset or combative student
- Skill in de-escalating agitated students.
- Preferred - One year of experience in a residential setting using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities.
- Ability to plan, implement, and adjust to plans accordingly
