Our team in Houston currently has an opening for a Night Shift Truck Driver
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES- Driving daily Hazmat, Tanker, LTL, or Bulk loads in the local area
- Loading and/or unloading of bulk, drummed, or bagged material
- Operate a forklift
- Follow all operating procedures, and work instructions
- Properly use materials such as labels, placards, stenciling and paint
- Properly cares for and uses all equipment such as forklifts, drum handling equipment, pumps, hoses, etc.
- Reports all non-conformances as they occur using proper forms
- Performs all duties in a safe manner and follow all rules and regulations
- Completes all training as required in the Regulatory/Compliance Training Program
- Secure dual sign off before transferring any product from one vessel to another
Education and Experience:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. required.
- CDL Class A
- Hold a current CDL with HAZMAT and tank endorsement
- Current DOT physical and MVR required
- Clean driving record.
- Comfortable with the use of a Forklift, and general warehouse duties.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills
