Night ShiftRegistered Nurse (7PM - 8AM) - Weekends and Holidays Rotation

CORE COMPETENCIES/ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Deliver direct patient care to a designated patient group and serve as their advocate.

Continuously evaluate the physical and psychosocial condition of patients throughout their care journey.

Formulate and communicate individualized patient care plans that address patient concerns and propose interventions to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Foster collaboration with patients, their families, and the healthcare team to execute the care plan effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must hold a valid Registered Nurse license in Connecticut.

Previous experience as a Labor and Delivery nurse is mandatory.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
